支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术是耳鼻喉科常见手术，该手术时间短，放置支撑喉镜时对机体刺激强，术中要求麻醉深度足够，肌松效果良好，术毕患者能迅速恢复。以往常用短效去极化肌松药琥珀胆碱进行麻醉诱导，该药静注后容易引起患者术后肌肉酸痛，血钾增高[1]。
