高校如何把“一站式”学生办事大厅做实、做到位,并以生为本、因地制宜自成体系,是本课题要试图解决的问题。国内外对高校学生事务的研究在理念和理论上趋向制度化和人性化,并提出了一系列新的观点,但它们鲜有在学生事务的“一站式”的管理和服务方面进行系统的研究,积极探索“一站式”学生办事大厅,为后勤社会化、教育服务化的高职院校引进“一站式”服务模式提供一个参考模型和发展范式,对高校生活教育模式构建和学生服务、学校管理的现代化、城市化、科学化改革也能起到先行先试、经验借鉴和路径建设之用。
