研究了不同浓度根瘤促生剂对大豆植株干重、根瘤菌数量、根系活力、固氮酶活性和豆血红蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:适量浓度根瘤促生剂对大豆各项生理指标均有促进作用,浓度较高时显著抑制大豆正常生长发育,结瘤及营养吸收等功能。均表现为处理组T3(根瘤促生剂终浓度为0.143%,v/v)高于其它4组,其中T1和T4对固氮酶活性和豆血红蛋含量影响基本一致。根瘤促生剂的适量施用对植株生长在早期影响非常显著,后期趋于稳定。通过建立根瘤促生剂对根瘤促生作用的检测系统,将对减少化学氮肥施用、保护生态环境、促进农业可持续发展等方面起重要作用。
The effects of root nourishment on the dry weight, rhizobia number, root activity, nitrogenase activity and hemoglobin content were studied. The results showed that proper amount of root nourishing agent could promote the physiological indexes of soybean. When the concentration was higher, the function of normal growth and development, nodulation and nutrient absorption were inhibited significantly. The results showed that T3 (the final concentration of nodule promoter was 0.143%, v / v) was higher than the other four groups, of which T1 and T4 had the same effect on the activity of nitrogenase and the content of hemoglobin. Appropriate amount of root nourishment agent for plant growth in the early impact is very significant, later stabilized. Through the establishment of nodulation promoter for nodulation, it will play an important role in reducing the application of chemical nitrogen fertilizer, protecting the ecological environment and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.
