本文通过重点研究中储粮公司购销模式多元构建的案例,论证开展“两头延伸”主要模式的科学性及适用性,为大型粮食央企进一步完善与发展购销模式管理提供有益探索。
This article focuses on the case study of multiple purchase and sale of grain storage companies and demonstrates the scientificity and applicability of carrying out the main model of “two extensions,” so as to provide useful exploration for the further improvement and development of the purchasing and marketing model management of large grain central enterprises.
