光折变材料Cu∶KNSBN的晶格振动和d-d电子跃迁

比较了铜掺杂钾钠铌酸锶钡(Cu∶KNSBN)和钾钠铌酸锶钡(KNSBN)两样品的晶格振动和d-d电子跃迁谱,对于拉曼(Raman)谱,A1(z)对称类的差别较小,E(x,y)对称类的差别最大;对于红外反射谱,两对称类的均差别较大,认为Cu2 部分填充了晶格A位和C位,可见光范围内,d-d电子跃迁谱表明Cu2 在晶体中形成两个深能级2.50 eV和2.64 eV。

在利用电迁移现象制备铝纳米线的过程中, 铝纳米线的生长位置取决于铝原子的积聚位置。为实现铝原子积聚位置控制, 基于纳米压痕技术改变试样中铝膜的横截面结构, 制备了铝膜试样。通过输入并调节直流电大小使铝膜内产生电迁移现象。试验结果表明, 纳米压痕技术可有效提高局部区域的电流密度, 显著增强铝原子的电迁移强度, 并在压痕区域出现铝原子积聚现象。
