我院自1991年11月－1996年8月共行尸体肾移植27例，其中8例发生腹水伴有不同程度的低蛋白血症和低钠血症，经给予静滴白蛋白、高渗盐水，调整环抱素A（CsA）剂量及血透等治疗，8例腹水全部消失，肾功能恢复正常。本文对腹水发生的原因、腹水与CsA之间的关系及腹水的治疗进行讨论。
In our hospital from November 1991 to August 1996, a total of 27 cases of cadaveric kidney transplantation, of which 8 cases of ascites accompanied by varying degrees of hypoproteinemia and hyponatremia, given intravenous albumin, hypertonic saline , Adjusted cyclosporine A (CsA) dose and hemodialysis treatment, 8 cases of ascites disappeared, renal function returned to normal. This article discusses the causes of ascites, the relationship between ascites and CsA, and the treatment of ascites.
