目的:研究L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对家兔内源性一氧化氮(NO)释放和血液流变性的影响。方法:将家兔随机分为L-Arg组和对照组,L-Arg组静脉给予 L-Arg15mg/kg。自兔耳中动脉取血,测定血浆NO含量和血液流变学各项指标。结果:静脉给予L-Arg后,血浆NO含量显著升高,其峰值在给药后2h;全血粘度、体外血栓形成、血小板聚集率和红细胞聚集显著降低,红细胞变性能力显著增加。但L-Arg在体外对血液流变性无明显作用。结论:1-Arg通过促进内源性NO释放而改善血液流变性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of L-arginine on the release of endogenous nitric oxide (NO) and the hemorheology in rabbits. Methods: Rabbits were randomly divided into L-Arg group and control group. L-Arg group received intravenous L-Arg 15mg / kg. Blood was drawn from the ear of a rabbit ear, and the plasma NO content and various indexes of hemorheology were measured. Results: After intravenous administration of L-Arg, the content of NO in plasma increased significantly, and the peak value at 2h after administration. The whole blood viscosity, thrombosis in vitro, platelet aggregation rate and erythrocyte aggregation decreased significantly, and erythrocyte degeneration ability increased significantly. However, L-Arg had no significant effect on hemorrheology in vitro. Conclusion: 1-Arg improves hemorrheology by promoting endogenous NO release.
