作为一名优秀管理者的最高境界就在于让被管理者了解团队的目标,激发他们的工作热情,而自动自发、无怨无悔,共同完成任务。有人说:“过度的压力可以让天才变成白痴,适当的激励,可以让白痴变成天才。”这句话直接的道出了激励力量的伟大。简单地说,领导的奥妙在于如何激励部署,鼓舞他们为自己和组织奋斗不懈。本文从物质激励和精神激励相结合原则、建立和实施多跑道多层次激励机制的原则、差别激励的原则、榜样激励的原则、树立企业家激励风范的原则五个方面,阐述企业应该如何运用激励手段来调动员工的主动性、创造性,从而实现管理的目标。
