以新疆葡萄树伤流液为研究对象,用清除.OH的能力评价葡萄树伤流液的抗氧化活性,用分光光度法测定了样品对亚硝酸盐的清除率。以没食子酸为标准品,采Folin-Ciocalteu比色法测定新疆不同品种葡萄树伤流液中总多酚的含量。结果表明,除了吐鲁番的无核白、卡西克、白加克伤流液外,其余6个品种葡萄树伤流液对羟自由基的抑制率均大于90%,说明具有强的抗氧化活性。葡萄树伤流液原液清除NO2-.的范围为4.91%~25.30%之间,具有一定的清除NO2-.的能力。多酚的浓度在0~6 mg/L范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,不同品种葡萄树伤流液原液中总多酚的含量范围为2.64 mg/L~6.76 mg/L,该方法简便、快捷、准确、重现性好,可作为检测葡萄树伤流液中总多酚含量的一种好方法。
Taking the grapevine injury fluid in Xinjiang as the research object, the antioxidant activity of the grapevine fluid was evaluated by its ability to scavenge .OH, and the scavenging rate of nitrite was determined by spectrophotometry. Using gallic acid as standard, Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetric method was used to determine total polyphenols in different grapevines in Xinjiang. The content of total polyphenols in the liquid samples of grapevine from 2.64 mg / L to 6.76 mg / L was simple and convenient , Fast, accurate, reproducible, and can be used as a good way to detect the total polyphenols in the grapevine fluid.
