新课标下,要求我们老师要更注意教学的艺术,能够吸引我们学生上课的兴趣,让他们在学的过程中体会到语文的魅力和智慧,从以前的被动学习变为主动学习,这在教学中是老师需要把握的。在教学过程中,要把握教学的智慧和人格,而智慧和人格是在师生、生生的互动中生成的。有效教学理论认为:教学的有效性=教学内容总量×学生接受内容的百分数。实践证明,有效性教学的决定因素,并非教学内容,而取决于教学对象———学生,即学生对课堂学习的积极性、主动性、专注性。教师在教育教学中,应学会提高学生对课堂学习的注意力,激发学生学习的积极性,使其认知智慧增值。那我们该怎样去提高语文课堂教学的高效性呢?下面是本人针对这个问题给出的几点意见。
Under the new curriculum standard, teachers are required to pay more attention to the art of teaching and to attract our students’ interest in class so that they can experience the charm and wisdom of Chinese in their learning process. From passive learning to active learning, In the teacher needs to grasp. In the process of teaching, we must grasp the teaching of wisdom and personality, and wisdom and personality are generated in the interaction between teachers and students, students and students. The effective teaching theory holds that the effectiveness of teaching = the total amount of teaching contents × the percentage of students’ accepted contents. Practice has proved that the determinants of effectiveness of teaching, not the teaching content, but depends on the teaching object --- students, that is, students’ enthusiasm, initiative and focus on classroom learning. Teachers in education and teaching, should learn to improve students’ attention to classroom learning, to stimulate student learning enthusiasm, so that cognitive wisdom value-added. Then how can we improve the efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching? Here are some opinions I gave on this issue.
