提出了一种理论分析的方法,对预应力切削、磨削加工时所形成的表面残余应力进行定量分析.利用热弹塑性力学理论和有限元方法,从理论上计算已加工表面残余应力,讨论预应力加工条件对加工表面残余应力的影响,从而为表面残余应力的控制提供了理论依据。
A method of theoretical analysis is proposed to quantitatively analyze the surface residual stress formed during pre-stress cutting and grinding. The thermo-elasto-plastic theory and finite element method are used to calculate the residual stress of the machined surface. The influence of pre-stressing conditions on the residual stress of the machined surface is discussed. The theoretical basis for the control of the surface residual stress is provided.
