在分队日常管理工作中,我们经常会遇到队伍整体积极性不高,责任心和上进心不强,违规违纪时有发生等情形,究其原因,与分队负责人的管理方法和举措密切相关,缺乏激励机制和奖罚措施,队员感觉工作干好干坏一个样,行为约束力明显降低。因此,如何正确的进行奖励和处罚,对分队管理工作起着积极的推动作用,主要体现在以下几个方面。
In the daily management of the detachments, we often encounter situations such as the lack of enthusiasm of the entire team, sense of responsibility and ambition, infringement of laws and discipline, and so on. The reason is closely related to the management methods and measures of the responsible persons of the detachments. Lack of incentives and rewards and punishments, team members feel good and bad work one kind of dry, behavior binding significantly reduced. Therefore, how to correctly reward and punish teams plays a positive role in promoting team management, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects.
