§4 本安电气设备设计基础一、正确选用参考曲线本质安全电路的电气参数选择应在国家标准(GB3836.4—83)规定的本质安全允许值以下,并保证电路在正常接通或断开以及在事故状态(如短路、接地等)时所产生的电火花或高温,都不会点燃可燃性混合物。从实质性来讲,本质安全电路就是对电路的能量加以限制,最简单、最有效的方法就是根据GB3836.4—83中所提供的<附录A 最小点燃电流、电压曲线>图1~图3、图5~图7,来对本质安全电路从整体上进行设计计算。在实际电路中,由于电压有波动;电阻值有正、负偏差;电阻为有感或无感等诸种原因,因此理想的设计计算与样机的实际电路参数还存在一些差异,这样最终设计方案合格与否,一定要采用符合IEC一79—3火花试验装置来进行试验,并以国家指定的检
