目的研究术前肠内营养对胃底贲门癌病人术后康复的影响。方法回顾性研究2008年1月至2010年12月井冈山大学附属医院62例胃底贲门癌病人的临床资料,将62例胃底贲门癌病人随机分为两组,其中对照组31例,术后早期行肠内营养;治疗组31例,术前开始口服能全力,术后治疗同对照组。所有病人均于术前第1天及术后第7天测量体质量,静脉采血检测血清白蛋白和血红蛋白含量,并观察切口愈合情况。结果两组病人术后均有免疫功能降低,对照组2例出现切口液化感染,治疗组无切口液化感染,体质量减轻比率治疗组小于对照组,血清白蛋白和血红蛋白含量治疗组明显优于对照组。结论术前肠内营养能明显改善胃底贲门癌病人术后的营养状况,有利于病人术后康复。
Objective To study the effect of preoperative enteral nutrition on postoperative recovery of patients with gastric cardia cancer. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with gastric cardia and cardia cancer who were admitted to Jinggangshan University Hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were retrospectively studied. Sixty-two patients with gastric cardia and gastric cardia cancer were randomly divided into two groups, including 31 in control group, Early enteral nutrition; treatment group of 31 cases, preoperative oral full, postoperative treatment with the control group. All patients were measured body mass on the first day before operation and on the 7th day after surgery. Serum albumin and hemoglobin were detected by venous blood sampling and wound healing was observed. Results In both groups, the immunologic function decreased after operation. The incision liquefaction infection occurred in 2 cases in the control group. The incision liquefaction infection was noticed in the control group. The weight reduction rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group. The serum albumin and hemoglobin content in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group group. Conclusion Preoperative enteral nutrition can significantly improve the nutritional status of postoperative gastric cardia cancer patients, is conducive to postoperative recovery.
