首次在国内用光敏玻璃热成形方法研制了一种新型的微透镜列阵，采用具有特定化学组分的光敏玻璃材料，在普通的紫外平行光束照射下进行感光和热处理，制得了孔径为４００μｍ的微透镜列阵。
