根据我国的要求对输血史或妊娠史的患者进行不规则抗体筛选,该项阳性的患者一旦输入具有相应抗原的红细胞,抗原、抗体就会发生免疫性结合,在补体的参与下,输入的红细胞发生溶解,即发生急性溶血性输血反应或者发生迟发性溶血性输血反应.
