将 1 0 0只小白鼠制成 EAC模型鼠 ,随机分成四组 ,分别向腹腔注射 L-精氨酸、5-氟脲嘧啶、L-精氨酸 +5-氟脲嘧啶、生理盐水 ,同时记录各组小鼠自然存活时间、处死时平均腹水量、每毫升腹水中肿瘤细胞数、接种 EAC细胞两周后平均体重 .以探讨 L-精氨酸、5-氟脲嘧啶对艾氏腹水癌 (EAC)小鼠的治疗效果 .实验结果显示 :L-精氨酸 +5-氟脲嘧啶组小鼠自然存活时间最长 ,无腹水 .说明两者联合使用具有一定抗癌作用 ,而且延长了 EAC小鼠的存活时间 ,对机体的免疫力有所提高 ,同时也提高了小鼠的存活质量
One hundred mice were made into EAC model mice and randomly divided into four groups and injected with L-arginine, 5-fluorouracil, L-arginine+5-fluorouracil, and saline, respectively. Record the natural survival time of each group of mice, the average amount of ascites at the time of sacrifice, the number of tumor cells per milliliter of ascites, and the average weight of the EAC cells inoculated two weeks later to investigate the effects of L-arginine and 5-fluorouracil on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma. This indicated that the combination of the two had a certain anti-cancer effect and was prolonged. Survival time of EAC mice improves immunity and improves the quality of life of mice.
