采用热压法制碳纤维-复合材料,其中碳纤维呈单向颁.研究了热压工艺(温度、时间、压力)对其横向断裂强度的影响。结果表明:随压力、时间延长,复合材料横向强度增加,但到达一定程度后,其横向强度不变;温度小于700℃时,复合材料强度随温度增加而增加,当温度在大于700℃时,随温度增加其强度反而下降。扫描电镜观察断口表明,复合材料断裂有二种模型:(1)基体断裂;(2)纤维和铜界面断裂。
The carbon fiber-composite material was made by hot pressing, in which the carbon fiber was unidirectionally inspected, and the influence of hot pressing process (temperature, time and pressure) on its transverse rupture strength was studied. The results show that the transverse strength increases with the increase of pressure and time, but the transverse strength of the composite increases with the increase of temperature. When the temperature is lower than 700 ℃, the strength of the composite increases with the increase of temperature. When the temperature is higher than 700 ℃, With the increase of temperature, its intensity decreases. Scanning electron microscopy fracture shows that there are two models of composite fracture: (1) matrix fracture; (2) fiber and copper interface fracture.
