目的建立直接进样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定白酒中铬、铜、铅等微量重金属的方法。方法研究不同基体改进剂、灰化温度、原子化温度对吸光度的影响。通过单因素试验,分别确定测定铬、铜、铅时各自最佳条件。结果在最佳条件下,测定白酒中铬、铜、铅的质量浓度分别为0.765、1.22、0.981ng/mL,加标回收率分别为106.6%、98.2%、97.4%。结论该方法快速、准确、无污染,在测定白酒中微量重金属方面具有较高的实用价值。
Objective To establish a direct injection - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination of chromium, copper, lead and other trace heavy metals. Methods The effects of different matrix modifiers, ashing temperature and atomization temperature on absorbance were studied. By single factor test, determine the best conditions for the determination of chromium, copper, lead respectively. Results Under the optimal conditions, the mass concentrations of chromium, copper and lead in liquor were 0.765, 1.22 and 0.981 ng / mL, respectively, and the recoveries were 106.6%, 98.2% and 97.4% respectively. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and non-polluting. It has high practical value in the determination of trace heavy metals in liquor.
