目的分析不同驱油技术产生的职业病危害因素。方法采用职业卫生调查法,职业卫生检测法。结果产生的职业病危害因素主要有氢氧化钠、苯磺酸钠、硫化氢、氨、盐酸、混凝剂、紫外线或杀菌剂、甲烷、一氧化碳、氢氧化钠、盐酸、稀硫酸、氟利昂、二氧化碳、其他粉尘(聚丙烯酰胺粉尘)、噪声、工频电场、低温、高温。结论企业应针对不同驱油技术产生的职业病危害因素,有针对性地采取职业病防护措施。
Objective To analyze the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by different oil displacement technologies. Methods Occupational Health Survey method, occupational health testing method. The main risk factors of occupational diseases were Sodium Benzene Sulfonate, Hydrogen Sulfide, Ammonia, Hydrochloric Acid, Coagulant, Ultraviolet ray or bactericide, Methane, Carbon Monoxide, Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrochloric Acid, Dilute Sulfuric Acid, Freon, Carbon Dioxide, Other dust (polyacrylamide dust), noise, power frequency electric field, low temperature, high temperature. Conclusion Enterprises should focus on the hazards of occupational diseases generated by different oil displacement technologies and take targeted protective measures against occupational diseases.
