作者介绍了炼厂低温热利用的现状和存在的问题。着重从上下游装置热联合、凝结水回收工艺、物料分流及合流、分离工艺改进等方面分析了低温热回收和利用的效果与潜力。并进一步探讨了炼厂蒸汽等级设置和改进伴热系统节能的可行性。
The author introduces the status quo and existing problems of refinery low temperature heat utilization. Focus on the heat from the upstream and downstream devices, condensate recovery process, material diversion and confluence, separation process improvement and other aspects of low temperature heat recovery and utilization of the results and potential. And further discusses the refinery steam rating settings and improve the heating system energy saving feasibility.
