CO_2气体保护焊是一种高效、节能的焊接方法。它具有效率高、成本低、变形小、无渣、明弧、能全位置焊接、易于实现自动化等优点,所以在生产中得到日益广泛的应用。下面列举一些焊接实例: 1、细丝CO_2薄板焊接某厂的汽车骨架、蒙皮全部为薄板冲压成型的焊接构件(板材为A_3钢、08钢,板厚1~1.5mm)。生产中先分六大片分别组焊,再进行车身总装焊。这种情况,CO_2气体保护焊与手工电弧焊比较提高工效3倍以上。焊接规范如下:
