本文利用热扭转试验方法,研究了50Mn18Cr4WN 护环钢热变形金属学问题。主要内容有护环钢在热变形条件下的应力一应变曲线,热变形过程中产生的动态再结晶及在变形温度下保持时产生的静态再结晶行为。建立了变形参量和力学行为与组织变化的对应关系。提出了细化护环钢晶粒的新途径及可采用的工艺。
In this paper, using hot torsion test method to study the hot deformation of 50Mn18Cr4WN ring steel metallurgy problems. The main contents include the stress-strain curve of the retaining ring steel under the thermal deformation conditions, the dynamic recrystallization during the thermal deformation and the static recrystallization during holding at the deformation temperature. The corresponding relationship between deformation parameters and mechanical behaviors and organizational changes was established. Proposed a new way to refine the retaining ring steel grains and process can be used.
