为考察温度、浓度、光、pH值对川芎蒸馏液中藁本内酯稳定性的影响 ,采用紫外分光光度法 ,在 2 71nm处测定川芎水蒸汽蒸馏液的吸收度 (A值 )。结果表明 ,温度和光对藁本内酯稳定性影响较大 ,pH值对藁本内酯稳定性有一定影响 ,川芎蒸馏液浓度对藁本内酯稳定性影响不大。提示川芎蒸馏液应采用低温避光法保存 ,其pH值宜定在 5左右 ,以保证其制剂质量和临床疗效
In order to investigate the effect of temperature, concentration, light, and pH on the stability of ligustilide in Ligusticum Chuanxiong extract, UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the absorbance (A value) of the distilled water of Chuanxiong at the temperature of 2 71 nm. The results showed that the temperature and light had a great influence on the stability of ligustilide. The pH value had a certain influence on the stability of ligustilide. The concentration of Ligusticum Chuanxiong distillate had little effect on the stability of ligustilide. Tips Chuanxiong distillate should be stored at low temperature and light protection, the pH should be set at about 5 in order to ensure the preparation quality and clinical efficacy
