手扶拖拉机循环牵引爬坡运土装置,是北京市东南郊北运河治理工程中群众创造在坡地上(35度左右)运土的经验。这种运土装置在北运河治理工程中普遍采用,受到了群众的欢迎。群众反映说:“这种运土装置制作简单,操作方便,工效高。在运距200米以内时,每工可运土5立米,比人工运土提高工效1～2倍,减轻劳动强度,耗油量少”。该装置主要由手扶拖拉机、驱动槽轮、传动钢丝绳、脱钩木桩和二个滑轮组成。
