研制了由离子选择性电极（ISE）、XDI智能检测仪等组成的黄药浓度检测系统。时检测系统的性能作了较详细的研究；对浮选过程中黄药浓度进行了在线检测,研制系统检测结果与紫外分光光度法对照取得了较好的一致性,误差小于5％；探讨性研究了选矿过程中黄药浓度的变化规律。
Developed by the ion selective electrode (ISE), XDI intelligent detector composed of the concentration of xanthate testing system. The performance of the detection system was studied in detail; the concentration of xanthate in the flotation process was tested on-line, and the results of the developed system were in good agreement with the UV spectrophotometry with the error less than 5% The variation of concentration of xanthate during mineral processing was studied.
