目的:优选不同配方O/W型纳米乳,研究其对芸香苷的增溶作用。方法:应用单因素实验测定芸香苷在6种油相、3种表面活性剂和4种助表面活性剂中的溶解度,通过伪三元相图筛选纳米乳处方。结果:伪三元相图筛选出O/W型纳米乳处方分别为:(1)油酸-混合表面活性剂-水(质量比为2∶3∶5),其中混合表面活性剂是:聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油和1,2-丙二醇(质量比Km=1∶1)。(2)油酸-混合表面活性剂-水(质量比为3∶7∶20),其中混合表面活性剂是:OP乳化剂和1,2-丙二醇(质量比Km=2∶1)。结论:两种不同配方的O/W型纳米乳对芸香苷均有一定的增溶作用。
Objective: To optimize the solubilization of rutin with different formula O / W nanoemulsion. Methods: The solubility of rutin in six kinds of oil phase, three kinds of surfactants and four kinds of co-surfactants was determined by single factor experiment, and the prescription of nanoemulsion was screened by pseudo-ternary phase diagram. Results: The pseudo-ternary phase diagram of O / W nanoemulsion prescription were: (1) oleic acid - mixed surfactant - water (mass ratio of 2: 3: 5), wherein the mixed surfactant is: poly Oxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil and 1,2-propanediol (mass ratio Km = 1: 1). (2) oleic acid - mixed surfactant - water (mass ratio 3: 7: 20), wherein the mixed surfactant is: OP emulsifier and 1,2-propanediol (mass ratio Km = 2: 1). Conclusion: O / W nanoemulsion with two different formulations has some solubilization effect on rutin.
