仲钨酸铵热解、还原产物的X射线衍射研究

对仲钨酸铵[5(NH_4)_(2)0.12Wo_3·5H_(2)O,简称 APT]在不同气氛、温度条件下热解、还原的产物(蓝钨)进行了系统的 X 射线衍射相分析,指出蓝钨是由含(NH_4)~+的铵钨青铜相和多种钨的氧化物相所组成。总结了热解、还原过程中相变的规律,研究了铵钨青铜相含量和点阵参数的变化。对铵钨青铜相的点阵常数进行了精确的计算。 The X-ray diffraction phase analysis of the product (blue tungsten) pyrolyzed and reduced by ammonium paratungstate [5 (NH_4) _ (2) 0.12Wo_3 · 5H_ (2) O, APT] under different atmospheres and temperatures was carried out. It is pointed out that the blue tungsten is composed of the ammonium tungsten containing (NH 4) ~ + and the tungsten oxide phase. The law of phase transition during pyrolysis and reduction was summarized. The content of ammonium tungsten bronze phase and the change of lattice parameters were also studied. The lattice constants of the ammonium tungsten bronze phase were accurately calculated.
