受访人小资料李东来,1984年北京大学图书馆学系毕业,被分配到辽宁省图书馆工作,历任辅导部副主任、自动化研究室副主任、馆长办公室主任、现代技术部主任、馆长助理,1996年任副馆长。2002年被聘任为东莞图书馆馆长。1995年被破格提前晋升为副研究馆员,2000年晋升为研究馆员,获文化部或省行业科研成果奖励10余项,2007年1月“区域图书馆集群管理与协同发展模式”获国家文化部第二届创新奖;主编有《城市图书馆集群化管理研究与实践》、《继往开来——东莞图书馆75年》、《城市图书馆建设文集》、《城市图书馆新馆建设》、《市民学堂》等;现为全国文献影像技术标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC86)委员和中国图书馆学会第一届科普与阅读指导委员会委员。 Petty Information of the Respondents Li Donglai graduated from Peking University Library Department in 1984 and was assigned to work in Liaoning Provincial Library. He served successively as deputy director of counseling department, deputy director of automation laboratory, director of curator’s office, director of modern technology department, curator Assistant, deputy director in 1996. In 2002 was appointed director of Dongguan Library. In 1995, he was promoted to an associate research librarian in advance. In 2000, he was promoted to a research librarian and received more than 10 scientific research awards from the Ministry of Culture or the provincial industry. In January 2007, “Regional Library Cluster Management and Collaborative Development Model” Won the second prize of innovation of the Ministry of Culture; chief editor of “City Library Cluster Management Research and Practice”, “going to the future - 75 years of Dongguan Library”, “Collection of Urban Library”, “Urban Library New Museum Construction ”,“ Citizen’s School ”etc .; now the National Document Imaging Technology Standardization Technical Committee (SAC / TC86) members and the Chinese Library Association first science and reading Steering Committee.
