以Ce(NO_3)_3·6H_2O、Pr_6O_(11)为原料,聚乙二醇为表面分散剂,采用共沉淀剂-水热法制备了Pr-CeO_2纳米粉体。采用X射线衍射仪、比色计、Raman光谱、透射电镜研究了不同pH值对粉体晶体结构、呈色性能和形貌的影响。结果表明:碱性水热环境下,Pr部分溶解于CeO_2晶格。易生成分散性较好的小晶粒。酸性水热环境下,晶粒的发育更完善,晶粒尺寸变大,Pr在CeO_2晶格中的溶解度增大,氧空穴浓度也增大。
Ce (NO_3) _3 · 6H_2O and Pr_6O_ (11) were used as raw materials and polyethylene glycol was used as the surface dispersant. Pr-CeO_2 nanopowders were prepared by coprecipitation-hydrothermal method. The effects of different pH values on the crystal structure, color properties and morphology of the powders were investigated by X-ray diffractometer, colorimeter, Raman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that Pr partially dissolves in the CeO 2 crystal lattice in alkaline hydrothermal environment. Easy to generate better decentralized small grains. Acidic hydrothermal environment, the development of more perfect grains, grain size becomes larger, Pr solubility in CeO 2 lattice increases, oxygen hole concentration also increases.
