目的评价武汉市蔡甸区血吸虫病综合防治项目的实施及效果。方法收集蔡甸区血吸虫病综合防治项目执行情况资料,并进行统计分析。结果蔡甸区钉螺环境数、钉螺面积由2003年的213处和223.47 hm2分别降至2013年的59处和51.20 hm2,分别下降了72.30%和77.09%;人群血吸虫病感染率从2006年的1.58%下降至2013年的0.24%,下降幅度为84.81%;耕牛粪检阳性率从2006年的2.19%下降至2013年的0。结论综合防治措施可以有效控制血吸虫病传播。
Objective To evaluate the implementation of schistosomiasis control project in Caidian District of Wuhan City and its effects. Methods Collecting data on the implementation of the comprehensive prevention and control project for schistosomiasis in Caidian District and conducting statistical analysis. Results The snail environment and snail area in Caidian district decreased from 213 and 223.47 hm2 in 2003 to 59 and 51.20 hm2 in 2013, decreasing by 72.30% and 77.09% respectively. The prevalence of schistosomiasis in population increased from 1.58% To 0.24% in 2013, a decrease of 84.81%. The positive rate of manure dung dropped from 2.19% in 2006 to 0% in 2013. Conclusion Integrated control measures can effectively control the spread of schistosomiasis.
