目的了解介入手术操作现场的辐射水平,并估算介入操作人员的年剂量水平。方法采用BH3103A便携式X-γ剂量率仪检测介入操作现场辐射剂量率。结果防护屏内外侧的吸收剂量率分别为(38.59±7.48)和(10.52±5.86)μGy/h,医生防护服内外侧的吸收剂量率分别为(3.06±1.17)和(75.35±2.63)μGy/h,初步估计医生年有效剂量约为0.334 mSv/a。防护屏的防护效果为72.7%,防护服的防护效果为95.9%。结论医生年有效剂量小于国家规定限值。
Objectives To understand the radiation level at the site of interventional surgery and to estimate annual dose levels for interventional operators. Methods BH3103A portable X-γ dose rate instrument was used to measure the radiation dose rate at the intervention site. Results The absorbed dose rates inside and outside the protective screen were (38.59 ± 7.48) and (10.52 ± 5.86) μGy / h, respectively. The absorbed dose rates inside and outside the protective clothing were (3.06 ± 1.17) and (75.35 ± 2.63) μGy / h, a preliminary estimate of the annual effective dose of doctors is about 0.334 mSv / a. The protective effect of the protective screen is 72.7% and the protective effect of the protective clothing is 95.9%. Conclusion The effective dose of doctors is less than the national limit.
