本文分析了Ti-22合金螺栓经冷镦及β固溶处理后头部帽、杆过渡区粗晶组织形成的原因,摸索出控制粗晶形成的最佳热处理制度,使材料的延伸率和面缩率分别提高了40%和15%,疲劳寿命也有较大的改善,满足了航空螺栓使用性能的要求。
In this paper, the reasons for the formation of coarse grains in the head cap and rod transition zone of Ti-22 alloy bolts after cold heading and β-solution treatment were analyzed. The optimal heat treatment system for controlling the formation of coarse grains was worked out. The elongation and surface Shrinkage increased by 40% and 15%, respectively, fatigue life has also been greatly improved to meet the aviation bolt performance requirements.
