近几年来,一些梨园偏重追求产量,造成果品质量下降,出现了风味变淡、果形变异、大小不均等问题,严重影响了果品的销售。梨果质量降低的原因主要是梨园土壤有机质少,缺磷,氮肥使用量偏多,施肥期偏晚;留枝量过大,留果超量,光照条件差,果实采收期偏早。针对这种状况,我们采取了引进科研成果与实用技术组装配套,并组织大面积推广,取得了可喜的效果。对晋州、辛集、赵县等市县梨树优质示范区调查表明:梨好果率达95%,梨果含糖量达11.5%,一二级商品果达85%以上。
In recent years, some pear orchard emphasis on the pursuit of yield, resulting in declining fruit quality, there has been a fade flavor, fruit shape variation, the size of the problem of unequal, seriously affecting the sales of fruit. The main reason for the decrease of pear fruit quality is that there are few organic matter, lack of phosphorus and nitrogen fertilizer in the pear orchard, and the fertilization period is too late; the amount of retained branch is too large, the residual fruit is too large, the light condition is poor, and the harvest time of fruit is earlier. In response to this situation, we have taken the introduction of scientific research and practical technology assembly package, and organize large-scale promotion, and achieved gratifying results. The investigation on Jinzhou, Xinji, Zhaoxian and other cities and prefectures high quality demonstration area showed that: pear good fruit rate of 95%, pear fruit sugar content of 11.5%, 12 commodities reached more than 85%.
