在滩海多目标六位移延伸开的完井及固井过程中,通过合理安放套管扶正器,化进水泥及其外加剂,加之足管小钻杆的称重、测扭矩、延长水泥浆们化时间、控制注替水泥浆返途等工艺技术措施,保证了固并质量。详细分析了仙鹤8井φ3397mm表层团并、φ273mm技套固井、φ177.8mm技会固并和φ127mm尾管碰压团开的工艺过程,并对套管柱设计、套管扶正器设计、G601降失水利、G602胶联剂和H88缓凝剂配伍性试验等进行了探讨。通过综合运用各项团开工艺技术措施,初步取得大套管技套、常规套管深井技套、深井尾管碰压固井等在多目标大位移、大附加拉力情况下的注水泥作业经验。
