根据本文驗室以前所提硅酸聚合的理論,硅酸胶凝时間与pH溶液的关系曲綫应有一个最高点和两个最低点。但在过去,这种曲綫至多只有一个最高点和它右边的一个最低点。本实驗用含有相当於其克分子濃度十分之一的氟化鉀的单硅酸钠溶液,以硫酸为酸化剂,所得硅酸的胶疑时间和溶液pH的关系曲綫较为完全,在酸度极高部分出現最高点左面的最低点,从而进一步有力地証明了以前所提出的关於硅酸聚合作用理論的正确性。根据所提理論和胶凝时间曲綫的特性数值,計算了所形成的硅酸的各級酸离解常数和聚合作用的比凝速常数的近似值。
According to the laboratory previously mentioned silicate polymerization theory, silicate gel time and pH solution curve should have a highest point and two lowest point. But in the past, this curve has at most one highest point and one lower right point to it. In this experiment, sodium silicate solution containing potassium fluoride equivalent to one tenth of its molar concentration was used, sulfuric acid was used as the acidifying agent, and the relationship curve between the suspense time and pH of the obtained silicic acid was relatively complete. The highest part of the high point appears on the left of the lowest point, which further strongly proved the validity of the previously proposed theory on the polymerization of silicic acid. Based on the theoretical values of the theoretical and gelation time curves, the calculated values of the acid dissociation constants at various levels and the specific condensing rate constants of silicic acid were calculated.
