报道了一种磺苄青霉素药物电极,以十六烷基三辛基碘化铵为载体,用邻苯二甲酸二壬酯为增塑剂;运用序贯淘汰水平法对膜组成进行了优化;确定了电极最佳膜组成,讨论了一些因素对电极性能的影响.电极响应快速,选择性、稳定性、重现性均较好.电极检测下限可达1.66×10~(-6)mol/L,线性范围为6.03×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-1)mol/L,斜率为28.0mV/pC,回收率为96.1%~100.4%.可用于磺苄青霉素药物的分析测定.
A benzyl penicillin drug electrode was reported. Cetyltrioctylammonium iodide was used as a carrier and dinonyl phthalate was used as a plasticizer. The membrane composition was optimized by the sequential elimination level method. The optimum membrane composition of the electrode was determined and the influence of some factors on the performance of the electrode was discussed.The electrode response was rapid, selectivity, stability and reproducibility were good.The detection limit of electrode was up to 1.66 × 10 -6 mol / L, the linear range was 6.03 × 10 -6 -6.0 × 10 -1 mol / L, the slope was 28.0 mV / pC and the recoveries ranged from 96.1% -100.4% .It could be used for the analysis of ampicillin Determination.
