研究用遗传算法解决柔性调度问题,在工艺的约束条件下,通过对柔性制造系统中工件的加工路线和加工顺序的优化来提高调度质量,利用两层寻化的遗传方法可以有效地解决这一过程的寻优问题,仿真实验说明了这一方法的有效性.
In this paper, genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem of flexible scheduling. Under the constraints of the process, the quality of scheduling is improved by optimizing the processing route and processing order of the workpiece in the flexible manufacturing system. The genetic algorithm based on two-level search can effectively solve this problem The optimization of the process, the simulation experiment shows the effectiveness of this method.
