伴随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,我国行政管理体制发生了重大变革,与此同时,事业单位在人事管理方面呈现出诸多缺陷与不足。作为人才聚集的主要场所,事业单位的社会公益性服务质量要想提高,则需要分析与探究内部的人事管理,真正推动事业单位人事管理的创新性与全面性。本文主要分析了现阶段我国事业单位人事管理所面临的问题,并提出有效的对策与方法,实现事业单位人事管理的有效运行。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, great changes have taken place in the administration system in our country. At the same time, the institutions have shown many shortcomings and deficiencies in personnel management. As the main gathering place of talents, the public welfare service quality of public institutions should be improved, so it is necessary to analyze and explore the internal personnel management so as to truly promote the innovation and comprehensiveness of personnel management in public institutions. This article mainly analyzes the problems that the personnel management of public institutions in our country are facing at this stage and puts forward effective countermeasures and methods to realize the effective operation of personnel management in public institutions.
