目的探讨维生素D受体(VDR)基因BsmI位点多态性与2型糖尿病(DM2)的关系。方法运用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)技术检测66例2型糖尿病(DM2)患者,80例健康人的维生素D受体(VDR)基因BsmⅠ位点基因型,分析比较两组间等位基因及基因型频率分布差异。结果DM2组患者BB+Bb基因型及B等位基因频率显著高于正常对照组(P=0.001,OR=5.625;P=0.000,OR=6.541)。结论VDR-BsmⅠ基因与DM2患者发病相关,“B”等位基因是DM2发病的易感因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the BsmI polymorphism of vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2). Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect the BsmⅠ site of vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene in 66 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) and 80 healthy controls Type, analysis and comparison of allele and genotype frequency distribution differences between the two groups. Results The frequencies of BB + Bb genotype and B allele in DM2 group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P = 0.001, OR = 5.625; P = 0.000, OR = 6.541). Conclusion The VDR-BsmⅠ gene is associated with the onset of DM2 and the “B” allele is a predisposing factor of DM2.
