甘丙素(galanin,GAL)是Tatemoto等在1983年于猪小肠内发现的多肽物质,随后发现其广泛分布于中枢和外周神经系统中,其在体内的生理及病理作用尚未完全阐明,本工作应用特异放射免疫法测定正常大鼠(WKY)和自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血浆及胸主动脉组织内GAL的浓度,并观察疏甲丙脯酸对SHR大鼠血浆及胸主动脉GAL的影响,旨在探讨GAL与高血压病的关系。
Galanin (GAL) is a polypeptide discovered by Tatemoto et al in the porcine small intestine in 1983 and subsequently found to be widely distributed in the central and peripheral nervous system. Its physiological and pathological effects in vivo have not yet been fully elucidated. The levels of GAL in the plasma and thoracic aorta of normal rats (WKY) and spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) were determined by radioimmunoassay. The effects of captopril on plasma and thoracic aorta were also observed in SHR rats , To explore the relationship between GAL and hypertension.
