企业的发展离不开人。人是第一生产力。近年来,各类人才培养机制不断纳入企业日常管理,特别是施工企业的内部项目经理职业化建设,更是我们多年来不断研究的课题。在对这一课题的多年思考与实践中,我们认识到,项目经理内部职业化建设,不仅仅是一项工作而是在建立一种机制;不仅要从工作实施的角度去研究,更要按照机制建立并长久运行的理解去筹划。
The development of enterprises can not be separated from people. People are primary productive forces.
