目的黄芪对2型糖尿病大鼠脂质代谢的调控。方法将实验用6个月龄无特定病原体SPF级GK大鼠和Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病组、黄芪治疗组。治疗8周,观察治疗期间及治疗前后大鼠的一般状况、血糖、三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度酯蛋白、高密度酯蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、氧化低密度酯蛋白的影响。结果①造模2组大鼠均出现血脂异常;②黄芪能改善基本状况,黄芪能降低糖尿病大鼠的三酰甘油(P<0·05)、胆固醇(P<0·05)、低密度酯蛋白(P<0·05)、糖化血红蛋白(P<0·05)、氧化低密度酯蛋白(P<0·05),升高高密度酯蛋白(P<0·05)。结论黄芪具有调节糖尿病大鼠血脂作用。
Objective To regulate the lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Six months old SPF GK rats and Wistar rats without specific pathogens were randomly divided into normal control group, diabetic group and Huangqi treatment group. After 8 weeks of treatment, the effects of general conditions, blood glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol, low-density ester protein, high-density ester protein, glycated hemoglobin, and oxidized low-density ester protein were observed during and after treatment. RESULTS1Dyslipidemia was found in all the rats in model group 2; Huangqi could improve the basic condition. Huangqi could reduce triacylglycerol (P<0.05), cholesterol (P<0.05), and low-density ester in diabetic rats. Protein (P<0.05), glycosylated hemoglobin (P<0.05), and oxidized low density ester protein (P<0.05) increased high density ester protein (P<0.05). Conclusion Astragalus has a role in regulating blood lipids in diabetic rats.
