本文提出采用国产长线驱动器、接收器和通用 IC 器件,为标准串行接口板设计一个简单、价廉的外接传输适配器,实现微型机间的远程通信。随着我国微机应用的深入发展,在工业生产的控制、检测等多种应用中,单台微机应用已不能满足更高的要求,而需要将相距较远的两台或多台微型机连接起来组成一种多机系统。这种系统需解决一些技术问题,其中建立微机间的通信结构是关键问题之一。目前解决这一问题的途径是:一、购买现成系统;二、利用本单位的技术力量设计整个应用系统;三、基于标准接口板进行适当的电路配置后组成系统。从投资经费、技术力量、研制周期等比较,对於我国目前大多数资金不多、技术力量不足的中小单位来说,第三种途径更为切实可行.本文提出对标准异步串行接口板作少许修改,采用国产平衡传输器件 J274、J275和计数器74LS193和三端集成稳压源设计一个简单的外接远程传输适配器,再配以相应的通信软件以实现距离为一千米左右的通信。
This paper proposes a simple, inexpensive external transmission adapter for a standard serial interface board using a domestic long-term driver, receiver, and general-purpose IC devices to enable remote communication between micromechanical devices. With the further development of microcomputer applications in our country, single-chip microcomputer applications can not meet the higher requirements in many applications such as industrial production control and detection, and need to connect two or more mini-computers that are far away from each other Form a multi-machine system. Such a system needs to solve some technical problems, among which the establishment of a communication structure between microcomputers is one of the key issues. At present, the way to solve this problem is as follows: First, buy ready-made system; Second, use the unit’s technical power to design the entire application system; Third, based on the standard interface board after the appropriate circuit configuration to form a system. The third approach is more practical and feasible for small and medium-sized units, which currently have few funds and lack of technical strength in our country, from the aspects of investment funds, technical strength, development cycle, etc. This paper proposes to standardize the asynchronous serial interface board A few modifications, the use of domestic balance of transmission devices J274, J275 and counter 74LS193 and three-terminal integrated voltage regulator design a simple external remote transmission adapter, together with the corresponding communication software to achieve the distance of about 1000 meters of communication.
