为了研究转子碰摩时非线性动力学行为,设计了一种可以模拟单点、多点、局部、整周碰摩的转子碰摩实验装置,并且在ZT-3型多功能转子试验器上进行了碰摩故障试验研究,通过改变转子转速和转静件间隙来观察碰摩转子在不同条件下的振动情况,同时运用波形图、频谱图、轴心轨迹分析了转子系统碰摩时的非线性响应。试验结果表明,本文设计的碰摩装置较传统碰摩螺钉更能真实的模拟转静碰摩故障,对提升碰摩故障试验研究提供了一定的方法手段。
In order to study the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the rotor when rubbing, a kind of rotor rubbing experimental device that can simulate single-point, multi-point, local and whole rub is designed and carried out on the ZT-3 multi-function rotor tester The experimental research on the rubbing fault was conducted.
