引导和组织警察院校学生进行研究性学习,是警察院校卓越警务人才培养目标实现的有效途径和有力抓手。基于研究性学习的基本特征,研究性学习的主要形式有基于问题的探究式学习、基于案例的讨论式学习、基于项目的参与式学习等。面向卓越警务人才培养的研究性学习,是警察院校卓越警务人才培养目标能否实现的关键,对警察院校教师提出了更高要求,对警察院校教学管理部门既是机遇也是挑战。
To guide and organize students in police academies to carry out research-based learning is an effective way and a good starting point for achieving the goal of training outstanding police personnel in police academies and universities. Based on the basic features of research-based learning, the main forms of research-based learning are question-based inquiry learning, case-based discussion-based learning, and project-based participatory learning. Research-oriented learning for excellence in police personnel training is the key to achieving the goal of excellence police personnel training in police academies. Higher requirements are placed on teachers in police academies and opportunities and challenges for teaching management departments in police academies.
