酝酿了10年之久,1999年11月25日,以天时软件和浩伦农业挂牌交易为标志,香港创业板市场终于诞生。此后,创业板以每月3只股票的速度进行扩容。香港创业板的设立,主要定位于为新兴小型创新与科技企业提供集资渠道。截止到今年3月底,已有16家公司在创业板上市,共筹集资金80亿港元,总市值约800多亿港元,每日成交额约占香港股市的5%～8%
