通过对不同硬度淬硬轴承钢GCr15的切削力、切削温度、已加工表面质量的切削试验研究,得到了被加工材料硬度对上述各量以及切屑形态、硬度、变形系数的影响规律,提出了临界硬度的概念,并得到了 50 HRC为区分硬态切削与普通切削GCr15的临界硬度。
