11月18日,成都都江堰市人社局举办了2016年基层劳动人事争议调解首期培训班,全市110余家企业的企业调解员参加培训。本次培训以劳动人事争议调解仲裁的工作梳理和风险防控为内容,对企业在劳动争议调解组织建设方面和调解员业务水平的不足进行了授课讲解,重点对企业专兼职劳动争议调解员的调解技巧和方式方法进行了培训,切实提高了企业调解员对劳动人事争议调解工作的业务水平和工作能力。
