目的探讨TGF-β和PDGF在尘肺患者不同阶段不同类型血清中的表达及其意义。方法对70例尘肺组,其中矽肺42例,煤工尘肺28例,Ⅰ期尘肺病例48例,Ⅱ+Ⅲ期为22例,以及同期健康体检者40例对照组,抽取空腹静脉血5 ml,采用ELISA方法进行检测。结果尘肺组血清中TGF-β和PDGF的含量均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);矽肺组血清中TGF-β和PDGF的含量均高于煤工尘肺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尘肺组中随着期别的升高,血清中TGF-β和PDGF的含量反而降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对尘肺血清中TGF-β和PDGF的含量进行相关性分析,两者成正相关(r=0.743,P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β、PDGF表达水平与尘肺病的发生、接尘种类和期别存在一定的相关关系,为尘肺病的预警和健康监护提供有意义的生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of TGF-β and PDGF in different types of serum of patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods Totally 70 cases of pneumoconiosis group including 42 cases of silicosis, 28 cases of coal workers’ pneumoconiosis, 48 cases of stage Ⅰ pneumoconiosis, 22 cases of stage Ⅱ + Ⅲ and 40 cases of healthy subjects at the same period, 5 ml of fasting venous blood, Using ELISA method for testing. Results The contents of TGF-β and PDGF in the pneumoconiosis group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of TGF-β and PDGF in the silicosis group were higher than those in the coal worker’s pneumoconiosis group (P <0.05). In the pneumoconiosis group, the levels of TGF-β and PDGF in the pneumoconiosis group decreased with the increase of the stage, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) β and PDGF levels were positively correlated (r = 0.743, P <0.05). Conclusion The expression level of TGF-β and PDGF is correlated with the occurrence of pneumoconiosis, the type and stage of dust-pick-up, and provides meaningful biological indicators for early warning and health monitoring of pneumoconiosis.
